This workshop provides a practical and highly interactive approach to building your internal consulting expertise. It has particular relevance to a range of Corporate Services and other support staff including Strategic Planning Consultants, Human Resource Practitioners, HR, Training and OD practitioners and Change Managers. This workshop will be jointly conducted by Allan Bandt and Barabra Collins, one of our valued North American Partners. Barbara is a highly expereinced strategic planner and consultant based in Washington DC. Her clients include the US Government Accountability Office, Avon Products, The New York State Office of Children & Family Services and The National Institute of Correctional Jails Division.
